At Self awareness, Self-care Psychotherapy we provide individual psychotherapy services to attend the most common problems that we have identified our clients are experiencing such as feelings of anxiety, depression, feeling stuck in life situations (e.g. relationships, work), or problematic use of alcohol and other drugs. Through the use of evidence-based mental health practices and in accordance with each person’s particular needs, we develop individualized lines of treatment to help our clients to overcome their emotional struggles, but also to acquire a stronger sense of freedom through a better comprehension of their inside world and the obstacles that are preventing them to enjoy their lives, their relationships with others, and themselves.
